Baba Ganoush or Roasted Eggplant Dip, is one of our new favorite dips. It is of Middle-Eastern origin and basically is hummus with the chickpeas subbed out with roasted eggplant, and therefore is a great paleo alternative to hummus. It’s also vegan and gluten-free, so is a good alternative to other dips that aren’t so allergy/dietary restriction friendly.
