Pumpkin Dip – Calabaza Dip
This is the time of the year when there are many family and friend get-togethers. Calabaza Pumpkin Dip has a minimal preparation work. It’s perfect for fall holidays, Thanksgiving dessert table, or just for the midday snack.
Pumpkin dip recipe is so adaptable, pairs perfectly with graham crackers, cookies, and apple slices. You can also carve out a little pumpkin to serve the dip in. Just cut off the top in a circle and scrape out the inside to create a cute little pumpkin bowl to add your dip too.
Ready in 40 minutes
1. 1/2 cup fresh Vega Calabaza (pumpkin)
2. 3/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
3. /2 cups packed brown sugar
4. 2 teaspoons maple syrup
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
WHAT TO DO
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and the fresh Vega Calabaza (pumpkin) together with an electric mixer on medium speed in a bowl until light and creamy, 3 to 5 minutes. Add maple syrup and cinnamon and beat until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add cinnamon for garnish
