Ingredients

  • 8 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Dragon Fruit Golden You can use Dragon Fruit White
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Chunks
Chia Pudding Ingredients
  • 1 tbps Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2–3  tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Beet Powder (optional)

Instructions

Chia Pudding Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a jar.
  • Shake until well combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve!

Smoothie Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Blend until creamy.
  • Place a layer of chia pudding in the bottom of a glass.
  • Layer with smoothie
