Product Description

Patty Pan is a summer squash known for its small size, round and shallow shape, and deeply scalloped edges, similar to a flying saucer. The fruit is white, yellow or green in color. It is most tender when relatively immature.
Patty Pan is a good source of magnesium, niacin, and vitamins A and C. One cup contains around 20-30 calories and no fat. It can be prepared like zucchini and its taste is reminiscent of the artichoke.
