Our variety allows us to have different categories of specialty produce, such as tropical fruits and vegetables, oriental fruits and vegetables, tropical roots, baby vegetables, specialty peppers, and gourmet veggies.

  • Dragon Fruit Golden, also known as Pitahaya. It has a faint, sweet taste, much like an earthy watermelon. The health benefits of this fruit are plentiful, with high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Origin: Colombia, Ecuador Availability: Year Round
  • Sweet Limes

    Sweet limes are generally round and smooth, and depending on the climate where they are grown, their skin may remain green when ripe or mature to a golden-yellow color. The highly aromatic rind is thin and easy to peel. Origin: Mexico Availability: Year-Round
  • Sour Orange

    Sour Oranges have a deep orange color and are very juicy. They have both a sour taste and an astringent or bitter taste. They are used to make orange marmalade, sauces, chutney, candied fruit, pies, flavorings, and liqueurs such as Grand Marnier, curaçao, and Cointreau. Origin: Dominican Republic, U.S.A.   • Culantro

    Culantro is a herb with long, glossy green, serrated leaves. The plant grows like lettuce. Its thin leaves grow in a rosette pattern around a small central stem. Additionally, it has a flavor similar to that of cilantro, but more intense. Origin: Costa Rica Availability: Year-Round
  • Chinese Eggplant is set apart by its long, thin shape, and unique purple color. Additionally, its flesh is typically white, meaty, and nearly seedless.   • Persian Limes

    Persian limes are good for Digestion, Boost immune system, Healthy skin, Help prevent formation of kidney stones, Heart health. It can be used interchangeably for the same purposes as Key limes and lemons and is often used as a substitute for vinegar. Origin: Colombia, Mexico Availability: Year-Round
  • 8 oz Thai Chili Green are long and narrow coming to a point at their tip end. Petite in size they measure on average only one-half to two inches in length and one-fourth to one-half inch in width at their stem end. Origin: Dominican Republic Availability: Year-Round  
  • 8 oz Cachucha peppers look like a spicy habanero but without the heat. Sometimes this chile is called an aji dulce. But in South America aji dulce is quite hot. This pepper ripen from dark green to an orange-red when fully ripe. Origin: Dominican Republic Availability: Year Round
