Shrimp Avocado & Mango Salad
This delicious salad combines fresh ingredients, like mangoes and avocados, for the perfect appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango
- 30 shrimp
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 10 grams grated fresh garlic (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grab the avocado, cut in half, peel it, and cut into thin slices
- Grab the mango, peel it, and cut it into thin slices
- Cook the shrimp
- Mix the avocado, mango, cooked shrimp, baby spinach, arugula, and baby tomatoes in a bowl
- Mix passion fruit juice, garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and chill fro approximately 2 hours
