Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 30 shrimp
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 10 grams grated fresh garlic (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Grab the avocado, cut in half, peel it, and cut into thin slices
  • Grab the mango, peel it, and cut it into thin slices
  • Cook the shrimp
  • Mix the avocado, mango, cooked shrimp, baby spinach, arugula, and baby tomatoes in a bowl
  • Mix passion fruit juice, garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and chill fro approximately 2 hours
  • Enjoy!
